What Our Service Can Offer You

• Simplicity, clarity and knowing exactly what you will receive from us at outset is important.

• You will have a wide choice of appointment slots, so you get to choose the most convenient date and time to suit both you and your tenant.

• Reminders are sent to you at least 30 days prior to when the annual gas safety check is due on the property.

• When a convenient date and time has been booked, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the appointment and name of the engineer who will be carrying out the checks and inspection on the property.

• Once the inspection and checks have been successfully completed, we will issue you with the Gas Safety Record (CP12) which is a legal requirement.

• It doesn’t stop there, we hope you will not need to but should you need us we are on hand to help you and your tenants with our emergency callout service.

• Fully certified to provide Gas Safety Certificates for all gas boiler installations.
